Modern room and staff is always really kind.

The venue has favourable setting in Phaya Thai district right by the bus stops and BTS, the centre, and Bangkok.

My room was silent and new-fashioned thanks to the absolutely friendly staff. The location was excellent and amazing, at a moderate distance from Suan Pakkad Palace Museum. Thoroughly enjoyed that it was next to a bus stop.

The location was also fantastic, with plenty of fast food, cafes, street food, and eateries nearby. The availability of multiple buses made it convenient to explore the city. We were even able to check in early, which was a great bonus, as we had a few bags with us. The room had all the necessary amenities, including toiletries and tea-making facilities. The fluffy towels and excellent water pressure in the shower were delightful. the hotel met all my traveler's needs.

Great Location and Comfortable Stay

The hotel is situated in a central location with easy access to public transportation and a variety of food options. the staff were polite and the air conditioning was refreshing after a long day of sightseeing. the fluffy towels and toiletries were a nice touch, along with the tea-making facilities and complimentary water bottles.

While the shower pressure was great, there were a couple of minor issues that could be improved. the refrigerator was not as cool as expected despite lowering the temperature, and sometimes water leaked from the shower onto the floor.

The beds were very comfortable and we were able to sleep well. The location of the hotel was great as it was surrounded by lots of food places and cafes. There were also many buses that could take us anywhere we wanted to go. The fact that we were able to check-in early as we had some bags with us was also quite helpful.

The shower drain in our room was clogged so the water did not drain out and kept filling up. This was a bit dangerous as the water overflowed onto the floor and made it slippery, which could be hazardous for guests.
